How runs work
One "run" is one hosted/system-key agent turn — typically a single round-trip from your prompt to a generated artifact (image, video frame, prototype patch). Periods reset monthly. BYOK runs are not counted against run limits. Unlimited hosted usage has no hard cap, subject to fair-use review for sustained abuse patterns.
BYOK vs our keys
Free is BYOK-only — bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key, billed directly by that provider, with no Design Work run limit. Pro and Unlimited include our hosted keys; the subscription covers both the hosted run allowance and the underlying API spend. You can still use BYOK on Pro or Unlimited if you prefer to keep your usage on your own account.
Cancellation + refunds
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues through the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email support within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong.
